SyteRay is developed by Netray ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the SyteRay website (syteray.com) and related services.

On-Premise Software

SyteRay is designed to run entirely on your hardware. The on-premise installation of SyteRay does not collect, transmit, or share any data with Netray or any third party. All data processed by SyteRay agents, the CLI, the Connector Service, and the Web UI remains within your network. There are no telemetry calls, analytics beacons, or cloud callbacks from the on-premise software.

Website Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity on the SyteRay marketing website to understand how visitors interact with our pages. Microsoft Clarity may collect:

  • Pages visited and navigation patterns
  • Click and scroll behavior
  • Browser type and device information
  • Referring URLs

This data is anonymized and aggregated. No personally identifiable information is collected through Clarity. For more information, see Microsoft Clarity's privacy terms.

Email Collection

When you sign up for early access, request a demo, or contact us, we collect your email address and any information you voluntarily provide. We use this information to:

  • Send product updates and release announcements
  • Respond to your inquiries
  • Provide access to beta programs

We do not sell or share your email address with third parties. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Cloud Dashboard (Pro/Enterprise)

If you use the SyteRay cloud dashboard (available on Pro and Enterprise plans), we collect account credentials and usage data necessary to provide the service. This data is stored securely and used solely for operating the dashboard. It is not shared with third parties.

Cookies

The SyteRay website uses essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies through Microsoft Clarity. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data we collect. All communications with our website are encrypted via HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
